Psychotherapy, also known as counselling or talk therapy, can provide support to individuals experiencing a wide array of mental health conditions and emotional challenges.

Therapy session can either be in individual, couple or family settings. Therapy can be short-term or long-term depending on the needs and the goals of the client. Sessions are typically held once a week for 60 minutes (individuals) and 75 minutes (couples/family). Treatment frequency and duration are discussed by both the therapist and client.


Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is performed by a Registered Massage Therapist using different pressure, movements, and techniques to manipulate muscles and other soft tissues in the body in order to release stress and tension, provide relief from pain and aches and promote relaxation.
